Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use USPS, Fedex for all domestic shipments. 
Free shipping:  We offer Free Shipping for all orders that are covered by insurance.  
Local delivery: Free local delivery is available for orders on Oahua. 
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm (Monday – Friday). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

We offer local delivery to the following cities on these dates:
Monday  - Kailua, Waimanalo, Kaneohe
Tuesday - Honolulu
Wednesday - Waianae, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Waipahu
Thursday - Aiea, Pearl City, Mililani, Wahiawa
Friday - Honolulu
All other cities -No Delivery Available  

**Due to heavy traffic, ETA is not available until day of delivery and patient will need to call HI office

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our Honolulu, HI office. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm (Monday-Friday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We recommend registering an account with us at time of checkout. By doing so, you will be able to view your order details and real time status.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
If shipping to a PO box, please ensure the capacity is large enough to accept your package

Please inspect all items carefully. In order for a credit to be issued, shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt.
